Ergonomic Intervention Program

What is it?
This program is designed to minimize the risk of a potential musculoskeletal injury on the physical body.

Why?

Every day we perform tasks and sustain positions that may compromise our physical body and increase our risk of an injury to occur.

These disorders may affect connective tissues, nerves, blood vessels, bones or a combination of these.

How to minimize musculoskeletal disorders:

One of the critical steps in an ergonomic intervention program is to make sure the body is properly prepared for the work at hand.
